CUTLINE: Winfred SibilleÌýis sworn-in for a consecutive year as Vice Chair forÌýthe Board of Supervisors for the University of Çàɬֱ²¥ System.Ìý Sibille,Ìýa native of Sunset, has served on the Board since 1995.Ìý He has extensive experience in education, including being named State Educator of the Year in 1989 by the Çàɬֱ²¥ Association of School Executives.

CUTLINE: D. Wayne Parker is sworn-in for a consecutiveÌýyear as Parliamentarian for the Board of Supervisors for the University of Çàɬֱ²¥ System.Ìý Parker, a resident of Ruston, also began his second six-year term on the Board.Ìý He is a retired executive from Williamette Industries, Inc.

CUTLINE: Andre Coudrain is sworn-in for his third six-year term on the Board of Supervisors for the University of Çàɬֱ²¥ System.Ìý Coudrain, a Hammond attorney, has served on the Board since 1996 including two years as Chair in 2000-2001.Ìý HeÌýwas alsoÌýa student member on the Board in 1979-80 while serving as Student Government Association President at Southeastern Çàɬֱ²¥ Unviersity.
